With our plan, you will get unlimited high-speed data for uses such as:

In other words, all of your everyday normal uses are covered with no problem. Our average customer will use 300+ gigs of data per month!

In fact, its so unlimited, the router SAYS it’s unlimited!

However, do be aware that our Network Partners do prohibit what they consider to be “data abuse” and that would be considered against Terms of Service. Examples of this include but are not limited to crypto mining and downloading illegal content.

The average family wouldn’t even think about doing the things that would fall under data abuse, so don’t hesitate to use the data freely…. well, because it is!

Groove Internet was started by a full-time RV traveling family who is very familiar with the needs of fellow travelers and the struggles of obtaining reliable internet on the road at a reasonable price.

We all work from the road and rely on steady high-speed connections to conduct our business.

At Groove Internet, we realized that the entire nomad community needed access to good internet with no data caps or throttling with no overage charges. We quickly went to work researching alternative connectivity solutions and found one that we could offer to everyone!

NOPE!

No data caps.

No throttling.

No deprioritization.

There are ONLY two situations you will experience slowdowns…

1. You are too far from a tower or have poor cell reception
2. You are in an over-populated area and everyone is trying to use the same tower

As you can see, both of these slowdowns are due to your location and not your data use. Adding antennas to your router can mitigate these slowdowns.

We currently use “Big Blue” towers exclusively. We plan on adding additional network partners in the future.

That’s right. You may not need our service. If that’s the case, we’re gonna let you know.

If you can get by with just the data you have available on your phone, there is no reason for you to sign up with us.

But here’s the thing: phone data is just that… Data for your phone. If you need data for your computer, TV, game system, or streaming box, you’d have to use the hotspot on your phone.

And THAT’S not unlimited!

Most service providers limit hotspot data to 30 GB per month. 40 if you’re lucky. That’s where we come in.

We provide a wifi router that you can connect up to 20 devices to and enjoy unlimited internet for everything!

So here’s the deal…

Companies who require a contract are probably giving you a steep discount on some sort of equipment. They then jack up your monthly charges so that you pay for that equipment (plus some) over time.

We don’t operate that way.

With us, you purchase your equipment, configuration, and set-up first. At that point, you own it. It’s yours.

There is no need for us to trap you into a contract for months or years to come to recoup our cost of equipment. That’s already taken care of.

So just think of us as the world’s most amazing unlimited data prepaid plan!

The setup fee covers your router, configuration, shipping, and activation of service on the line.

If you cancel within your first 14 days, this is returned back to you.

Even though we created this service specifically for RV travelers, sometimes folks that live in rural areas use it for high-speed internet when cable isn’t available.

Occasionally it does happen that these people are even too far from cell towers for our service to work properly.

We never want you to feel like you can’t try out our service to see if it works for your situation. That’s why we have the 14-Day Guarantee.

Here are the terms, in simple language:

• If unhappy with the service, you may return the modem for a full refund. We will even pay for return shipping.

• The 14 days starts the day you receive your modem. Delivery day is day #1. We don’t start counting at the time of purchase to ensure you have the entire 14 days to test the service.

• You must notify us that you want to return the equipment by midnight Eastern on the 14th day.

• Upon notification of intent to return, we will provide a shipping label. You will need to print this out. If you don’t have a printer, you can go to the campground office or an office supply store to have them print it for you.

• You are responsible for acquiring a small flat rate box from the Post Office (they are free).

• Pack the equipment securely with the same packaging material from the original shipment.

• Chargers/cables must be returned with the router!

• You have until day 21 to have the equipment in the mail and on its way to us.

• Your 100% refund will be processed as soon as the equipment is received!
